• Credits purchased for sending messages via the Moretext system are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits may expire and be removed from the system 12 months after purchase without refund.
• Messages sent via Moretext are automatically logged, and may be reviewed by us at any time for the purpose of monitoring or improving system performance.
• You may not send unlawful, obscene, harassing, threatening or abusive messages. The sending of unsolicited marketing messages ('spamming') is not allowed. You agree to indemnify us against any losses incurred should you partake in any of the above activities. Further, should your usage of the system result in complaints against us or adversely affect the performance of the system for other users, you may be suspended with no refund of credits.
• Whilst we make effort to ensure timely delivery of messages sent using Moretext, you are advised that the service relies upon third parties including internet service providers, telecommunication companies and mobile operators. As their performance is outside our control, we cannot accept liability for failure or non-performance of their systems.
• Credits for sending messages are purchased in advance, and are not supplied on a sale-or-return basis. All sales are considered final. In exceptional circumstances, and at our sole discretion, refunds for unused credits that have not expired may be supplied, subject to a 25% handling charge.
• Each credit will allow you to send a single SMS message to a network that does not impose a termination charge upon us. Should a network impose such charges, we retain the right to increase the number of credits required per message to that network. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you prior to sending messages should such charges be in place.
• You should verify that the network you wish to send to is covered prior to sending bulk messages to that network. Changes may occur as to which networks are covered without notice.
